Invercargill Airport joins Airport Carbon Accreditation

Invercargill Airport in New Zealand entered Airport Carbon Accreditation at Level 1 Mapping.

Invercargill Airport is dedicated to reducing direct carbon emissions and has taken its first significant step towards comprehensive carbon management by achieving Level 1 Mapping of the programme. This level is attained by conducting a thorough analysis of CO₂ emissions at the airport site and formulating a strategy to minimise them.
