7 airports into the programme

A new country and a new airport group enters Airport Carbon Accreditation with a bang, as Finnish airport operator Finavia brings 7 airports into the programme!

Capital city airport Helsinki Vantaa becomes accredited at Mapping level. And the Lapland Airports Group – a group of 6 Finavia airports – have been working hard under the Northern Lights, to become accredited at Reduction level. The airports are Enontekiö Airport, Ivalo Airport, Kemi-Tornio Airport, Kittilä Airport, Kuusamo Airport and Rovaniemi Airport.
